Terms & Conditions for Vendors

Welcome to Auto Salvage Yards of America (ASYOA). By registering as a vendor and using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Vendor Eligibility
All vendors must be licensed auto salvage yards operating in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. By registering, you confirm that your business meets all legal and environmental requirements, including EPA guidelines where applicable.

2. Membership & Fees
Vendors are required to maintain an active membership to sell on the platform.

  • Membership Fee: $50 per month (recurring)
  • Payments are billed automatically unless canceled
  • Failure to maintain an active membership may result in suspension or removal of vendor access

3. Product Listings & Accuracy
Vendors are responsible for ensuring all product listings are accurate and complete, including:

  • Correct Year, Make, and Model (YMM) information
  • Accurate part descriptions and condition
  • Clear and truthful images

ASYOA reserves the right to remove or edit listings that are misleading, incomplete, or violate platform standards.

4. Order Approval & Fulfillment
Orders may be held for verification to ensure proper vehicle fitment. Vendors are responsible for:

  • Reviewing orders before fulfillment
  • Communicating with customers when necessary
  • Shipping items within a reasonable timeframe

5. Compliance & Environmental Responsibility
Vendors must follow all applicable environmental and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Any violation may result in immediate suspension from the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities
Vendors may not:

  • List stolen or illegally obtained parts
  • Misrepresent product condition or compatibility
  • Circumvent the platform to complete off-site transactions
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

7. Account Suspension & Termination
ASYOA reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to non-payment, compliance issues, or repeated customer complaints.

8. Limitation of Liability
ASYOA serves as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the condition, legality, or fulfillment of items sold by vendors. Vendors assume full responsibility for their listings and transactions.

9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
